Sean O'Brien

Sean O’Brien joined James Engineering Group in 2000 as a Project Manager, successfully delivering over 500 projects. In 2010, he advanced to Manager of Major Projects, overseeing the successful completion of 15 significant projects, including a $40 million project for Gorgon Barrow Island and a $20 million project for the WestConnex Tunnel in Sydney. In 2023, Sean was appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO), where he is eager to contribute to the company’s continued growth and success.

Kylie Edwards

As a Finance Manager, Kylie is deeply committed to the accuracy of financial data, transforming complex figures into valuable insights that drive strategic decisions. Her passion lies in delivering precise reports that foster financial stability and growth, always refining processes for greater efficiency. Outside of work, Kylie enjoy activities that engage both her creativity and analytical skills. Strategy games challenge her ability to think ahead, while building with Lego and 3D models provides a creative outlet.

With a proven track record in driving growth through strategic initiatives, innovation and client-centric solutions, Adney is the Head of Sales and Marketing at James Engineering.

Building on his experience in marketing and strategic sales, Adney focuses on delivering sustainable and innovative power solutions. He is passionate about expanding his expertise and working closely with industry leaders to drive collaboration and create impactful solutions that meet evolving client needs.

Martin is a results-driven professional with a deep commitment to excellence and collaboration, which has contributed to the successful delivery of switch room projects across Australia. Focused on ensuring projects are completed seamlessly and to the highest standards, Martin is dedicated to creating positive outcomes for customers. In personal time, Martin enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and fishing, as well as playing tennis with family and friends. Martin believes in leaving a lasting, positive impact and emphasizes the importance of fun and humor in every endeavor.
